Hey backers!
Aaron here from Vietnam where I have TWO very important updates.
Update #1 - Production is finished!
After 57 days of hard work I am so proud to announce that the first production run for Fyro is 100% complete!
The last handful of bags have been made....
... have gone through Quality Control...
.... are boxed up...
... and have joined their brothers and sisters...
... awaiting to be shipped to you!
I just want to give a special thank you to TheSANG factory and the BagMe development team for all of their hard work. The bags look better than I ever could have imagined and I learned so much in the process.
I can't wait for you to get your bag so you can literally feel the dedication and love that was put into it.
(Don't cry Aaron!)
Ok, now on to update #2...
Update #2 - Charging cards
We plan to charge cards one week from today - on November 7th.
Charges will come from Backerkit (the software that powers our post-Kickstarter camaign)
Here's what you can expect to be charged for...
- If you backed us during the Kickstarter campaign, you will be charged for shipping plus any accessories you haven't closed out yet.
- If you made a purchase during our pre-sale (post-Kickstarter), then you will be charged for your full order amount plus shipping.
Charging cards is a normal part of the Kickstarter process as everything is done in stages.
It's very important to note that if your charge doesn't go through, we cannot send you your reward(s)! So be sure your card on file is good to go and everything will be smooth sailing 💪
Once this stage is complete we can go on to...
Next steps
Next up; freight shipping!
We've got a few potential ships lined up, I'll be sure to keep you guys posted on the details so you know exactly when the ships leave.
Final shipping looks like it'll still take place in Dec/Jan, depending on where you are in the world, but this is subject to change depending on the freight ships themselves.

Hey all!
Greetings from Vietnam where the Fyro team has been working hard on T22 production!!
If you are following us on YouTube, Instagram, or the Fyro Newsletter you may know some of these things already.
But if not, here is a quick roundup of the status of your T22 backpack...
Update #1 - Production timeline
Overall production has been going extremely smooth!
Nearly 1,500 T22 Backpacks are complete, and the last 800 are currently on track to be finished around the 28th of October.
As you can see, the bags are piling up...
And the Quality Control team at the eSANG Factory is working hard to make sure each bag is as beautiful as possible.
If we finish production on Oct 28th, it'll means that we are about 2 weeks delayed from our original timeline.
BUT for our first production run/Kickstarter we are very proud to have kept everything very close to our original projections 💪
You can see below that the bags are already being boxed, meaning shipping is right around the corner!!
Just a note that we are doing everything in our power to get your T22 to you as quickly as possible, but with the holidays around the corner delays are a possibility. We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding if this occurs.
Also a reminder we've been working hard to shoot an epic documentary about the this production run, which Tav is editing as I type. Hopefully the video will be ready as your bag is sailing across the ocean, so you can see exactly how much work was put into your T22.
Update #2 - Orders are locked
Last week we sent out the final notice for Kickstarter orders being locked.
This means that things are moving in the right direction, and we are getting closer to...
#1 - Charging cards for shipping and/or any Pre-Order balances
#2 - Locking in your shipping address
You'll receive notifications for both so you are fully prepared when the time comes!

In the email I go into crazy detail about the design-strategy behind our new travel bag.
I give you a behind-the-scenes look at our early designs, why we changed them, and what the new design is headed forward.
